Orders
Dieffe Tricot is an online store that complies with current e-commerce regulations.
For each order placed, Dieffe Tricot issues an invoice for the shipped material via email to the order holder pursuant to Art. 14 DPR 445/00 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. The data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Dieffe Tricot via email, sent to the email address provided by the customer.
This confirmation message will repeat all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections.
By placing an order on the Dieffe Tricot website, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods, and the entire purchase procedure. In accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the customer will receive via email all the necessary information to identify the seller, which must be kept together with the order acceptance email
Payment Methods

1. Payment by bank transfer in advance
If payment is made via bank transfer in advance, the order will be processed only after confirmation of receipt of the funds by the bank.
Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this period, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer reference must include the order number, order date, and the customer’s full name.

2. Payment by credit card
It is possible to use all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Postepay, and American Express. The card will be charged only upon order confirmation. Credit card data submitted during the order process are protected against unauthorized access through encrypted data transmission
Right of Withdrawal
Once the shipment confirmation email has been received, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal without paying any penalty and without providing any reason. Refund requests must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.
While the items to be returned are in the customer’s possession, they must be kept in perfect condition and not worn.
Procedure to exercise the Right of withdrawal
Send an email to info@dieffetricot.it stating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, including the following information:
- Order number and order date
- Invoice number
- Products to be returned (identified by item code)
- Your bank details (IBAN)
Then, wait for communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return.
